September
So since Bryce and I don't have any kids yet and we don't do many super cool things, I thought it would be pointless to update every day or every other day to bore people out of their minds (for those who even know our blog exists haha). Anyway I thought once a month would do. SO, September has been a fun and eventful month so far...even though there is only like 10 days left (yay! then its holiday season). Bryce and I have been really into fishing lately at Sandhollow Reservoir, and yes if you are wondering we do have our fishing licenses, thank you very much. And so we have been going nearly every weekend!! We have this awesome fishing boat we go out on and it is a blast. Bryce caught a huge one the last time we went :) Now Bryce has started his new job (more like new 3 jobs) that has taken him to Nevada and California so far. We just went to California for his own business this last weekend and were able to go to the beautiful San Diego Temple. It was sooooooo beautiful. Then we went running on the beach which, by the way, was my first run for me since I had my injury. I know that 1/4 mile is laughable for both Bryce and I, but I had to start somewhere and he has been right by side. Literally :) So we got back from California on Saturday night at like super late but it was so fun to get out of St. George even if it was only for 2 days. So then on Sunday we got home from church and Bryce went to water our little garden we have been "trying" to grow with some success (like 3 or 4 small tomato's) while I was making dough for cinnamon rolls, I have become quite obsessed with baking and such, and Bryce starts yelling for me to come out. So I come out and lo and behold we have a bunch of cucumbers growing (three that have actually gotten to the 'I look like a cucumber' state though), a ton more tomato's and several honeydew melon's growing. I've never been more excited in my life. I think the stormy weather has helped that we've had here in bone dry Utah. I'm so happy that it was stormy for a little bit. It gave St. George a chance to cool down and start to feel like Autumn. I can't wait for the holidays! Hooray! October is going to be great with the start of yummy food, games, and the beginning of the holidays. I can't wait for Halloween. Bryce and I are going to decorate our house and little drive way. You'll have to stop by and see. If not there will be lots of pictures. So until October, have a good one!
